FAQ
Holders
City Bot says I hold 0 keys, but I do. The wallet it is reading is not the one with your keys. Press My wallets in #verify-beta to see which wallet is on file, then Verify a wallet for the one that holds them. See Verify your wallet.
Verification keeps failing. Almost always one of three things: you sent a token instead of a plain 0 ETH send, you pasted your address instead of your transaction hash, or you sent on a network other than Robinhood Chain. The fixes are here.
Where do I send the verification transaction? To yourself: 0 ETH from your wallet to your own address, on Robinhood Chain. If your wallet will not send to itself, use the dead address 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD. Older messages mention a "CCFF00" address; that is no longer used, so do not send there.
I pressed Enter before and it did not count me. Press Enter again. If it was refused, nothing was recorded, and pressing twice never gives you two entries.
I won. What now? Check Check a wallet to confirm the wallet we have on file, and add the mint to your calendar. The project runs its own mint; we send them your wallet.
Why does my profile say "New"? A badge needs at least 2 mints we could measure. Mint the spots you win and hold them; the badge updates after the next scan. How the badge works.
Someone DMed me as City Bot with a link. That is a scam. The real City Bot never DMs you a link to verify, claim or connect. Its ID is 1538077635375009802. Do not click, and open a ticket if you already did.
Do I need to connect my wallet anywhere? Never. Mintboard only reads public chain data, and verification is a transaction you send yourself.
