TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective 25 September 2026
These terms cover this website, the board, City Bot on Discord, and the raffles and giveaways run through them. By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. The service
Mintboard is run by the City of Stonks team. It shows a wallet the NFT mints it qualifies for, the windows it can mint in, and the raffles and giveaways it can enter. It reads public blockchain data and the allocation lists that partner projects give us. The software is open source under the MIT licence. That licence covers the code; these terms cover the service we run.
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but chains, marketplaces and partner projects can be slow, change their plans or be wrong, and the board can only be as accurate as they are. When a chain does not answer, we say so rather than guess.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on Mintboard or in City Bot's messages is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Listing a mint, a collection or a giveaway is not an endorsement of it. NFTs and tokens are volatile and can lose all their value. Do your own research, and only spend what you can afford to lose.
3. Wallets & safety
- We never ask you to connect a wallet, sign a message or share a seed phrase. Anyone who does, in our name, is not us.
- City Bot never DMs you first with a link to verify, claim or connect. Verification happens in the Discord server, on a button you go and find.
- You are responsible for the wallets you give us and for the transactions you send. A mint or a prize sent to the wallet you gave us is delivered, even if you meant a different one. Check your wallet on file before a draw.
- Wallet verification works by sending 0 ETH from your wallet to itself (or to the dead address City Bot names, if your wallet will not send to itself). You pay that network fee, and it is not refunded.
4. Raffles & giveaways
These rules apply to every raffle and giveaway run through City Bot, unless a post says otherwise.
- No purchase is needed to enter beyond holding what a raffle states (for example, a City of Stonks key). Entry is free. Void where prohibited by law.
- Who can enter: the eligibility shown on the post, checked at the draw. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to receive the prize lawfully.
- One entry per person. Using several Discord accounts, several people's wallets, or automation to enter is disqualification, and may mean a ban from future draws.
- Conditions such as following an account, engaging a post or activity in a channel are part of the entry. We check them before the draw, and entries that do not meet them are removed.
- The draw is random, weighted by the ticket formula printed on each post, from a seed published with the result so anyone can check it.
- Mint spots are granted by the partner project, not by us. We submit winners; the project decides its own list, timing and price. We cannot guarantee that a project mints, honours a spot, or keeps its schedule.
- Prizes are sent to the winner's wallet on file. Winners must have a wallet on file by the draw. Prizes are as described, with no cash alternative, and cannot be transferred to another person.
- Selling or flipping a spot or prize you won for free may affect whether you win future ones.
- We may cancel, pause or redraw a raffle if it was affected by a bug, abuse or something outside our control, and we will say why.
5. Conduct
Do not use the service to:
- impersonate City Bot, the team, or a partner project;
- claim a wallet that is not yours, or declare someone else's wallet to borrow their holdings;
- scrape, overload or attack the site, the bot or its APIs;
- scam, phish or harass anyone.
We may remove entries, roles or access, time out or ban accounts, and exclude wallets from future draws when these terms are broken.
6. Projects
Projects that list on Mintboard, open raffles or offer allocations are responsible for what they promise and for their own mints. A project that submits a contract address or a feed confirms it has the right to. We may decline, correct or remove any listing, and we may publish how a project's past allocations were held, using public chain data.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Mintboard and the City of Stonks team are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, missed mints, gas fees, or losses caused by third parties, chains, marketplaces, wallets or partner projects. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law does not allow to be limited.
8. Changes & contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and the version here is the one that applies. For questions, open a ticket in our Discord or message @CityOfStonks on X. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
