PRIVACY POLICY
Effective 25 September 2026
Mintboard is built to need as little about you as possible. No analytics, no ads, no tracking pixels, and never a wallet connection or a signature. This page lists everything we do keep, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
| When you… | We keep | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Check a wallet on the board | Nothing on our side. Your browser remembers the last address you pasted, so you do not have to paste it again. | To read that address's holdings and spots from public chain data. |
| Use City Bot in Discord | Your Discord user ID and username, the wallets you give it, your X handle if you add one, and any delivery addresses (for example a Bitcoin or Zcash address). | To give roles, run raffles, and send what you win. |
| Verify a wallet | The wallet, the transaction hash you paste, and when it was verified. | To prove the wallet is yours without asking you to sign anything. |
| Enter a raffle or giveaway | Your entry, the keys your wallet held when you entered, any proof link you file, and the result of the draw. | To run a fair draw that anyone can check. |
| Enter a giveaway with an activity condition | A count of your messages in the named channel while the giveaway was open. Message content is not stored. | To check the condition at the draw. |
| Sign in to the dashboard or admin | Your X handle (from X sign-in) or email (from Google sign-in), and when you last signed in. | To know which collections you may manage. |
| Apply for a board or a collab | What you put in the form: project name, contact, links, chain, contract, dates. | To review the application and get back to you. |
| Break the rules | A record of the account or wallet and the reason. | To keep abuse out of future draws. |
Wallet holdings, mints and transfers are public on the blockchain. We read them; we did not create them, and we cannot remove them.
Who we share it with
- Partner projects, when you win a spot. We send the project a winners sheet with your tier, Discord username, wallet, and X handle if you gave one, so they can put you on their list. That is the reason you entered, and the project handles it under its own policies.
- The public, for results. Winners are announced in Discord by mention, with the published seed. The board shows a wallet the spots it holds when that wallet is pasted in.
- The services that run Mintboard: Fly.io (hosting), Supabase (database), Discord (the bot), X and Google (sign-in only), blockchain RPC providers (to read chain data) and OpenSea (listings and collection data).
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and browser storage
mintboard_admin: keeps you signed in to the dashboard or admin for up to 12 hours. Only set if you sign in.mintboard_flow: a short-lived cookie used during X or Google sign-in, deleted when sign-in finishes.mintboard:addr: stored in your browser (not a cookie), remembering the last wallet you checked. Clear it by clearing site data.
There are no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep wallet links and raffle records while the service runs, because a winners sheet has to be checkable after the draw. Hosting logs are kept by our providers for their standard periods. Rule-break records are kept to stop the same abuse returning.
Your choices
- See or change your wallets: press My wallets or Unlink on City Bot's verify panel.
- Have your data removed: open a ticket in our Discord. We delete your wallets, handles and entries, except published draw results, and records we need to keep abuse out.
- Questions: open a ticket, or message @CityOfStonks on X.
Children
Mintboard is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
